Organ Registration Efficiency with Slider Motors

Leek Pipe team embraced the challenge of a very compact tracker/electric organ and improved functionality by adding electric slider solenoids and motors to the various stop actions. The project also entailed with a console upgrade and major cleaning of pipes and chambers.

An important upgrade made to the 1973 D.F. Pilzecker & Co. pipe organ at Gesu Catholic Church involved the addition of electric slider solenoids and motors to the various stop actions. This allows for quicker registration changes for the musician while maintaining the much loved features (acoustics, aesthetics) of tracker pipe organs.
